Our Bagel-Making Course

Learn how to make bagels in our solar-powered bakery in Pulborough. This 3–4 hour hands on session is perfect for food lovers, team-building, hen parties, or private groups.

What to Expect

• Welcome pastries and a drink on arrival
• Safety briefing and introduction to organic ingredients
• Learn the history of bagels and their place in baking
• Shape, boil, and bake 10 bagels of your own
• Enjoy a fresh bagel lunch during the day
• Take home a batch you’ve baked yourself

We’ll keep you topped up with refreshments, and you’ll leave with the skills to bake bagels at home, plus plenty to share with family and friends
