The day will start with a welcome, a brief chat about hygiene in the kitchen and health and safety.
You will learn about the history of bagels and why we started our baking journey.
You will learn how we bake our bagel and you will bake your own bagels.
We will provide a bagel lunch and we will wrap up the day with a certificate and a box of bagels for you to take home.
