Our salt beef bagel follows a long deli tradition. We start with one of our organic bagels, hand shaped, boiled, then baked for a firm crust and soft centre. The bagel is toasted before serving.
Inside you will find generous slices of prime salt beef with full fat cream cheese, sliced pickles, and a touch of mild mustard. The rich beef, sharp pickle, and smooth cream cheese give a full savoury flavour.
The toasted bagel holds the warmth of the filling and stays warm for about 15 minutes after preparation.
A proper deli style bagel, hearty and satisfying for lunch or a filling meal.
