Jacob's Bagels, Bath Place
Our little local shop is a good choice if you want something filling before a beach walk or after time on the seafront. We serve hand-shaped bagels, filled bagels, coffee, pretzels, cakes and sweet things.
Best for: bagels, coffee, breakfast, lunch and a local Worthing stop that is not a chain.
Bungaroosh Cafe Bistro, Bath Place
Bungaroosh is also on Bath Place, between Montague Street and the seafront. It serves coffee, breakfasts, lunches, cakes and pastries, with vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options.
Best for: a sit-down cafe breakfast or lunch close to town and the seafront.
Perch on Worthing Pier
Perch is at the end of Worthing Pier, with big sea views and food from breakfast through to later in the day. It is one of the most obvious choices if you want to eat right on the pier.
Best for: sea views, brunch, lunch, dinner and a more scenic Worthing stop.
Coast Cafe, East Beach
Coast Cafe is right on Worthing beach and is known as a relaxed seafront place for food, coffee, drinks and views. It has outside seating and a beachside feel.
Best for: eating by the sea, coffee on the beach and a longer seafront stop.
Lido Cafe, Marine Parade
Lido Cafe sits on Marine Parade and is another classic seafront option, with breakfast, coffee, cakes and sea views.
Best for: a straightforward seaside cafe stop close to the beach.
Esquires Coffee, South Street
Esquires Coffee is in Worthing town centre on South Street and serves Fairtrade coffee, teas, breakfast, brunch, lunch and afternoon tea.
Best for: town-centre coffee, brunch and a familiar cafe stop near the shops.
